Re: Northwest camping trip to gallager lake
Well... I guess you talked me into it.
I think that we will see snow but it should be much clearer this time, not 3 feet deep like last time.
On Sunday I went to the top of this mountain all the way and no snow at all. See pics -
http://www.elcovaforums.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=18543
I went to the same place earlier this year and only got about a half mile before I started to worry about extra food and warm clothes. It was crazy snow still.
As I type this I have been at wor 13.5 hours and have a change starting in 15 minutes. So I hope to leave around noon tomorrow that is Thursday I think. I can probably go this Friday or anytime this weekend. Not sure about after that but just pick any date and I am sure lots of Hummers and hot chicks will show up.

I sent you a private PM last week asking you if you wanted to go - I guess you didn't get it.
I am not scared remember I am the one that always breaks sh it - I think you guys would be scared of me! + don't forget I like to put bags on people's head when they are to drunk to know it. :-)
So are you talking about August?

Right now August 12 & 19 are free. Anyone up for that? I might even have my .45 by then (still looking, maybe a .44?). Anyway, if it involves drinking, camping, and my Hummer, I'm up for it!

Re: Northwest camping trip to gallager lake
I went up today to the place where we went last time - the place with the 2 - 3 feet of snow. All of it was gone. I didn't have time to go much further but there still must be some snow up higher, there is a river of water coming down the hill.

And also, like we told the locals... it's not a big off road truck. "It's a HUMMER!"

Bring that hot g/f instead.
Make sure to keep the plans updated here. I'd make a run up to see you guys and maybe get my northern Mexican friend, Dennis, to come down and be our beer bitch.
