Just bought the Sylvania Silverstar Bulbs. Got them at Wal-Mart for $37. Minus the $10 rebate from Sylvania that nets out at $27 not bad if these bulbs are as good as advertised. I am somewhat of a rookie working on autos. Just wondering how tuff it is to replace the OEM Bulbs with these Silverstars. Any tricks, special techniques etc. Thanks to everyone,

It is very simple..
1. Open the hood
2. Unhook the light clasp from the stock bulbs.
3. Remove the round screw holders that hold the bulbs in place.
4. Gently pull out stock bulb.
5. Not touching the new bulb, gently push bulb into the housing.
6. Replace the bulb screw housing around the bulb, this should just screw off and on very easily.
7. Replug the bulbs and you are done..
JUST MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT TOUCH THE BULBS AT ALL, FOR NO REASON..

Hope this is non techinical enough for you...

Unplug the bulb,Turn the plastic locking ring counter clockwise and remove it,Remove the old bulb. Reinstall the new bulbs with the steps reversed and you will be done! Now enjoy! Remember never to touch the bulb itself "GLASS AREA" it will create a hot spot on the bulb and make them burn out right away. I installed Piaa Super White bulbs in mine about two weeks ago. I love the extra light they put out and all that yellow light is gone! Again enjoy! C

I have had them in my beast for over 4 months - they are great and very bright. Good choice for very little cost.
