1 SWEET 2006 SUT!!!
Ok so I decided that I just can't afford to keep my baby anymore
When I bought it, I was hanging out with more people and not commuting and now I moved and the commute is longer and I am usually solo on the commute. It bums me out because I LOVE it and I am gonna miss everyones looks and comments on it but I must let go.
It is a 2006 SUT (only about 10 months old)
It is LOADED with air suspension, Navigation, headrest DVD screens, grill guard, taillight guards, chrome steps, tonneau cover.
I have added:
6" Fabtech Lift Kit
38x15.50 R20 tires
20x12 Weld Cheyenne 8 wheels
4:88 Gears
17x10 Weld Cheyenne 8 spare
Flowmaster exhaust
Hypertech programmer
Air Raid intake
Custom steering wheel
Billet chrome hood handles
Billet chrome dash accent
Billet chrome cup holder surround
Billet chrome locking fuel door
Hummer bike racks
Nav screen saver
Silver Star headlights
Rear cargo area rubber HUMMER mat
Rear cargo area carpet mat
HYBRID badges on the doors (hehehe)
This thing is PERFECT! It was just professionally waxed last week AGAIN and there is not a flaw on it anywhere! I will miss it terribly but I need something a little more commute friendly. It has about 17k miles on it.
I owe around 48,500 on it and won't take any less. I have MUCH more invested in it but sacrifice I must.

And it has been wheeling once...in the snow...and it did great!

Ya know, I might not. It seems like everything else I drive is such a disappointment. I have driven 3 cars (nice cars) and a brand new Jeep and none of them seem to compare to the H2 in luxury, looks, impact, or funness (is that a word?) to drive. I checked out an Infinity G35 coupe, BMW 330ci, and an Audi and when I get back in the H2, it is just like "ahhhhhh." Might not be worth the downgrade afterall... The Jeep...well that thing is a pile compared to the H2. Everything seems so cheap and flimsy and lame. Not at all what I was expecting. It also seems like God is trying to tell me something cause EVERYTIME I stop somewhere, someone says something about it... "nice ride" or "thats the best looking Hummer I have ever seen" or something and it seems to be even more often since I placed this ad! Hahaha, we'll see, I do Love my H2 and my commute isn't ALL that far!

Re: 1 SWEET 2006 SUT!!!
Don't sell it... You can get a corrolla lease for $200 a month. Your commute would suck but the weekends would still be great.
I would be surprised if you can get the $48K you owe (not that it isn't worth every penny to a Hummer fanatic), but with the economy the way it is, it's a hard sell...
Keep it. You hate yourself forever if you don't.
Remember, no other vehicle would be "you"... Not like this beauty!!
Good luck. If you do sell it, buy a new mustang...

Re: 1 SWEET 2006 SUT!!!
Just curious, will that lifted SUT fit in a standard garage? I mean my H3 barley fits (so it seems) thus it leads me to think that lifted SUTs wont fit?

Re: 1 SWEET 2006 SUT!!!
do the math. get a eco box lease or 150 a month and park the beast for weekends. You have to ask yourself what your worth?. Today someone in the office said "Were lucky to just have our jobs" I said no I'm not! I can do whatever I want and luck has nothing to do with it. Work hard play hard. Are you worth the extra couple of hundered a month to drive what you want or are you gonna give in to someone else's vision?
Keep It

Re: 1 SWEET 2006 SUT!!!
Well everyone, I am out...I sold it
I may buy another later down the road when it is practical for me and I can tell you that it WILL have a Duramax in it but other than that, it will be about identical to this one. I miss it already...
Drive safe and you can still wave if you see me! hehehe

Re: 1 SWEET 2006 SUT!!!
Well, so much for all of us giving you advise that you shouldn't sell it.
We told you you'd miss it! You should of taken everything off the truck, put it back to stock, and sold all of your upgrades.

Re: 1 SWEET 2006 SUT!!!
The way I see it - You get a lease for $200 and drive the H2 on the weekends....you save money.....do the math...the gas you save on the commutte pays for the commuter car and then some.....I did it. Ido 120 mile commute 4 days a week. Leased a ride at $240 month
