Default Broken Headrest issues

I have a 2005. Both headrests with factory screens were broken with minimal pressure. Headrest itself not screens. Both were pulled back towards rear seat by 90lb female getting into truck. Both headrest have a ball joint protruding into the front side leather of the headrest. Headrest still moves freely with the adjustment clicks but just does not stay vertical.

Anyone else have this issue?

Would love for it to be just a quick fix from inside the skin instead of replacing the units.

The headrests including monitors are like $80 on ebay.

Yea.... I was changing my pants between class and put my body weight onto my head on the headrest, heard a clunk and it just went in upright position.. Had warranty replace it, don't plan on doin that again.
