I was thinking of buying these air induction towers and then adding Piaa lights under them. Do you think that will be possible?

It's possible...but why? You realize there will be a lot of glare if turned on at night. You might not like the end result. It would be different though.

im thinking of just getting those towers and leaving them as is, a local guy in palm desert has a supercharged yellow righ with these towers, and it looks great

As already mentioned, I think the glare would be your biggest obstacle. And how close to the vehicle would they be effective?
