Well while I'm here I may as well share what's been pissing me off for awhile . Personally I think the H3 is Bull****. It shouldn't have been made. I think by bringing out such a model cheapens & takes away from the awesome reputation the Hummer currently has. I feel we are being sold out to MARKETING !!
Too Bad always for the all mighty buck !!!

I believe many H1 owners felt the same way about the H2 that you feel about the H3. Well, the H2 proved them wrong. The H2 did not take away from the brand in any way.
You are being premature. Time will tell.

THANK YOU KenP!!! I get a bit worked up when H2 owners act as though they made HUMMER. It is akin to thinking the only real Benz is the SL65. It is one hell of a car, but there is more to the brand. Yes H2 is a great ride and it has really helped the HUMMER name. There is more to HUMMER than H2. HUMMER is H1, H2, and now H3. Hummer was around LONG before H2 and will be around LONG AFTER H3. If you truely want to be an ambassador to the brand, you shound be happy that more people will be able to experience what HUMMER is!!! WELCOME H3 and H3 owners!!!

YEAH WELL KEEP IN MIND FELLOWS THAT WE WERE MEANT TO BE DIFFERENT FROM THE START EXAMPLE -- WE ARE GAS
H1'S DESIEL & MORE ARMY ---- COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CLASS VEHICLES. H2's WERE A GAMBLE AS BEING THE 1ST OF
IT"S KIND THE PROTO TYPE FOR THE LARGE RUGGED SUV. NOT A FASHION MODEL STATEMENT. I THINK IT CHEAPENS
BOTH THE HUMMERS AND H2'S NAME ALIKE. WHERE AS WE PUT HUMMER RIGHT BACK ON THE MAP. IN ADDITION TO THAT
CONSIDER ANOTHER POINT OF VIEW ---- HOW LONG DID THE H1'S ROAM OUR PLANET SOLO BEFORE THE H2'S CAME ???
DO NOT US HANDFUL OF FAITHFUL PATRIOCHS RIGHTFULLY DESERVE TO BE ABLE TO SHARE IN A FEW MORE YEARS OF GLORY
RATHER THEN BE SOLD AS THE FAD OF THE EARLY NEW CENTURY AND POSSIBLY THE NEXT GLOBAL NOVELTY ACT.
AND DON'T SAY IT CAN'T HAPPEN ---- OH IT CAN. GEEEEE LET ME THINK --- HOW POPULAR WERE H1'S JUST BEFORE
WE CAME OUT. FACE IT YOU CAN GO FROM TOP TO BOTTOM QUICK . MAKE TYHE H3 RUN ON ELECTRIC OR SOLAR STEAM
AND MAKE IT THE BEST IN THAT CLASS THEN YOU'LL EARN MY THUMBS UP AND HAVE MY APPROVAL. I'M CONVINCED THE
MANAGEMENT RISKED SELLING US OUT FOR DOUGH NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. INSIDE I DO BELIEVE THAT H2 WILL HOLD ITS OWN
I JUST THINK IT'S GARBAGE AND WHY MORE STINK HASN'T BE RAISED BY IT ????

The way I look at it, there will be more Hummer lovers on the road and less haters. I think the H2 was brilliant, and we were just INCREDIBLY lucky that we were in a position to afford one. 5 years ago, there'd be no chance in hell I'd be driving this truck, but an H3 would have been in my price range. I see the H3 as a Good Thing....there are tons of people who love the Hummer as much as the H2 and H1 owners, but simply can't afford the truck. That shouldn't be held against them. I'm looking forward to seeing more Hummers on the road....I might see 1-2 a week I can flash my lights at, I can't wait to welcome more folks to the Hummer family!

Well, personally, I think you are one of the stupid ****birds who should have your hummer ownership immediately and permanently revoked. What the hell is this stupid **** about, "HANDFUL OF FAITHFUL PATRIOCHS DESERVE TO BE ABLE TO SHARE IN A FEW MORE YEARS OF GLORY
RATHER THEN BE SOLD AS THE FAD OF THE EARLY NEW CENTURY AND POSSIBLY THE NEXT GLOBAL NOVELTY ACT."
Guy, if this is what has been bothering you for a while, a new life is in order for you. What other people buy and own should no more affect you as a Hummer owner as it should the stupid eco-idiots. You are worse than the eco-idiots because you don't even have a reason that is in the realm of logic for not wanting a vehicle produced.
Get off your self-centered high-horse of an ass and enjoy the vehicle you have and quit worrying about how what someone else drive's effects your fragile juvenile psyche.

MOST OF THE WORLD BUYS LABELS OF QUALITY. I LIKE TO BUY ITEMS WHERE I FEEL THAT MY MONEY IS WELL INVESTED.I JUST SEE A COMPANY TRYING TO CASH IN ON THE HYPE HERE.

Predictable means that one can expect what my opinion would be. That one can predict that I will respond to stupidity and ignorance. Thanks for the compliment.
You are joking about the rest though. You buy labeled items or common vehicles as an INVESTMENT. Well the stupidity makes complete sense. Crawl back into your hole and find somewhere else to be dumb.
You spent somewhere around $50k. What kind of exclusivity are you expecting at that price. Get the stick out of your ass!

There is still more to explore here, like comments such as "I feel we are being sold out to MARKETING" but he turns around and talks about buying because of a label that is popular due only to marketing. Things like marketing is the only reason he drives the H2. Aaaah, hypocrisy.... I so love to bash.

I, for one, am happy about the H3. I hope it does well in the market place for alot of reasons. The biggest is it speaks loudly about the kind of vehicles I like. The better it does the more money and interest in R&D. You can keep your vanilla looking cars, I want something different.
I agree about giving it more time to see what happens. And one last thing, do you think the H1 Alpha would be here if it wasn't for the sucess of the H2??? Think about it. For all the H1 guys who thought they were "sold out" when they built the H2, your welcome .

If you like your truck and enjoy owning/driving it, who cares if Hummer comes out with a prius version of the hummer name. Enjoy what you have (hopefully) worked hard to own. Know that you bought it because you wanted it, not because your neighbor was talking about it. If you bought an H2 because of the image it creates, shame on you. I almost didn't buy one because of the image. I didn't want others looking at my wife and I passing judgement without even knowing us.
That being said, I hope future H3 owners enjoy ownership of the vehicle they choose as much I as I have my H2.

What a whining bitch.
Why don't you wait until the H3 hits the street/trail before you condemn it?
