I like it! I also went with some 285's from Cooper Tires and it looks like it is lifted just a bit...

Good tires, a lot better than those Wranglers.

The Goodrich ATs with the KO thread are not only good looking tires but they last. The sidewall is stiff however so you'll feel the bounce. You may want to lower the pressure a tad to adjust. You should have taken the blackwalls however as those white letters are a bitch to clean and you have to clean them if you want to look good. Small tip, those soaped up SOS dishscrubbing pads will work marvels...

However, if you lower the cold pressures in the tires, and if the temp drops, be aware, the TPM will signal low tires until they heat up

what do you mean "almost same tires" ? what size do you have ? tires threads are the same.
I kind of like the H3 wheels, they're iconic. I am getting the offroad lights, rocker panels, bruch guard, roof crossboes (black) and...that's it for now.

so, no one has answered the question about tire size in inches. i know there is a formula, but i do not have it. i would like to change the stock 33" that came with the the adventure package i have for 35" x 12.5" BF GOODRICH. will they fit without any other adjustments? it sseems that they would have adequate vertical clearance, but what about the additional width? also, what is the procedure for matching up the tire pressure sensors with the hubs? i believe that i read in the manual that each sensor is matched to a specific hub. i live in mexico, so i cannot rely on the local tire store to know this stuff. one more, does hummer sell a tire cover that will fit the 35's? it sure is nice to keep the dust off the spare tire rim, etc.
thank you,
lance

I put on 315/75R/16 (35's) ProComp Xtremes with the same width as the ones you want. Very slight rub on sway bar on full right turn. It hasnt been a problem as long as I dont lock steering full right. When I got my new tires mounted the guy didnt have to recal the air sensors. He just remounted and aired them up. He said they were in sleep mode....O.K. I havent aired them down to see if there working but he said there should be no problem. I did turn my torsion bars 2-1/2 turns to raise the front end. Plenty of room, but I havent really tested for rubbing on severe wheelin yet. Heres a pic of my old 33 with the new 35's
