Default HELP!!!side step brackets

I messed up yesterday and tried a hill that I bottomed out on and I screwed up my side steps. I bent all the brackets for the side step and they can not be straighted out. I have searched the net and have had no luck. Anyone know where to find just the brackets.

Never seen just the brackets alone -- rest assured you're not the first one to mess up your steps while off-roading...but a good cautionary tale none the less...

Which steps? What brackets? Most steps' brackets are welded to the steps themselves.

Are you talking about the rocker bar?

I tried the dealer, he says they do not sell the brackets seperate. I have to believe I'm not the first person to damage just the brackets.

I am surprised they don't sell them seperately. I will have to check and see if they do for the H3 before I modify mine to work with the rocker rails.

we have customers bend them frequently, we remove them (steps and brackets together) and best we can pound them as straight as possible then paint them black with chimney paint.

If you're talking about the black powdercoated step bars, I've got an extra set.

Let me know if I can help.
