Just had to keep my speed up in the sand... I don't have a locker and I don't know if that would of made a difference in the sand...

Nice job!! I don't think a locker would have helped you in the sand. On the climb it would have helped a little bit but you did a nice job climbing! nice steady pace. Cool!

Borrego Springs is 78 miles northeast of San Diego... I was running around 20 psi... But some of the group was running 15 to 18 psi...

Defender roof rack. Bought it from 4wheelparts at the Pomona Off-road show. The roof brackets and rack for $430.00 OTD.. Then then Hi-lift jack clamp and shovel/axe clamp were around $60.00 for the both of them.

I have the same rack. It was kind of a pain to put on but it works great.

I didn't get the Highlift mount becasue of my low parking garage at work.

A little wind noise but nothing the Monsoon can't fix.

Yep... I have to leave the Hi-lift jack clamps off to be able to park in my garage at home.. Also, I already had the pro-comp 130 lights that I was going to put on the rack. But the pro-comps are to tall and I wouldn't be able to park in the garage with them on... So, I am going to have to buy some 5x7 or smaller driving lights...

I may get the highlift and shovel mounts and put them on for trips.

When you need to get teh jack or shovle out it is nice to have the accessable.

Small back up or flood lamps on the back would be great for off road use and setting up camp etc.

The shovel mount I can leave on without the shovel or axe.. The hi-lift mount is the only problem.... and 4 driving lights up front and two flood lamps in the back would be nice.... But, my next purchase will be a winch... Then I was thinking about going with a 3 to 4 inch lift...
