I am considering a lease on the new H3 but the hummer site lease calculator does not list this vehicle yet. For those of you who leased, can you tell what you terms you were able to get? I am wondering how low of a payment I could get on an H3 with adventure package, etc that has an MSRP around 36k. I would want 15k miles per year and at least a 3 year or longer term.

I have been hoping the to see some better rates come out but most I have seen where in the $500 and $600 range for 36/12K leases. To me, this is absolutely rediculas. I don't recall who but someone posted a while back that they got $440 a month for 24 months with 12K mileage a year. If I recall, this was on a sale price of $29k.

Actually, it was MisterE and he just happened to post the deal on the thread about GM Employee Pricing. I will try to post a link to the thread.

Yeah I had a feeling leasing would not work out. I have leased several Toyota's because they have amazing residual value. But every time I have looked into leasing an american vehicle, the lease rates are not a good value.

I did pretty good on an Exploder and one of my friends with an H2 is only paying $600 a month for an 05 loaded lux. Looked into maybe getting a good deal on a 03 or 04 H2 and lease but those deals suck too. I have gotten great rates on lease on 1 or 2 year old vehicle but that doesn't seem to be the case on the H2

I dont get it. These H3s should be leasing for 36k around 470.00 but nobody is talking whats up with this forum. The whole lease price thing has been a joke since the release of the H3 > why is nobody talking about what they are paying, and why are you sales guys that are using this forum not talking to help us out. Mine comes in in August and i still have no idea about a lease price yet. Whats up with this. doesnt anybody have a real clue. I can not believe that H3s will be leasing for 600 > it makes no sense when you can get into H2 for that. HELP US OUT GIVE IT UP

I agree that the whole lease rates issue is messed up right now but I believe it has to do with the fact that it is a new vehicle and they have no idea on residuals right now.
