Default Spare Tire Storage

I recently purchased a 2006 blue Limited Edition model for my wife. First Hummer and we bought enjoy it very much. Problem is we are a little late in life, both in our 60's. The rear mont spare is no problem for me but my wife struggles with it. How much trouble to move it inside?

Not really that much trouble to move inside..... the early 05 models and previous years all had cargo area mounted spares. You would need the inside mounting hardware and then you would have to have the license plate lighting moved to the gate where the license plate will go..... I believe there is also a bumper mount for the plate too.

Don't think it's much fysical trouble to move it aside, just takes alittle more time to open the trunk.

What about the rear seat?
Is is not a full size seat if the
spare is on the rear end?
On our 2003 we have a 2/3 seat
and the spare is on the driver side.

I have a single 3rd row seat located on the passenger side. I'm assuming the spare would be mounted on the driver's side.

Ok I was thinking that if you had the rear tire holder, the rear seat
was full sized too.
Any way no idea what it would cost to ship it to you, or if even want
it but we have a interior tire mount.
It is just the mount no jack.
PM me if you are interested.
