This is my loaner while my H2 is in the shop. It's a '00 with 30k on it. Great stereo and REMOTE START!! I'm starting to come around on remote start. The tires realy really suck, though.

Not this one. Too busy and the tires SUCK!!!
I did wheel the blue '02 soft top that had MTRs. It was a blast. I took it on a 5 hour drive down to the ranch in NOCAL where we go shooting and 4xing. That's a loooooong trip in that thing. It performed great on the cinder cone that we use as a measuring stick for all vehicles.

The best part is that you could wheel the piss out of it and not really worry

yeah, i envy you. my dealers prolly too poor to loan out h1s. They started to build a second dealership while the H2 was at its peak here, but they waaaaayyyyy overbought them and they ran out of money so had to sell their new structure to carmax. Damn, I wish my dealership was that cool.

The only time I had to take the H2 in for service - f'ing Buick senior citizen special. I'd almost rather be seen in a Japanese car.

We got a 1/2 ton dodge ram 4x4 loaner, almost needed onroad fueling driving down the interstate.
It took 50% more gas for the same trip to the dealer as the H2 and was a gutless wonder.

I think the reason they give me an H1 over something else is so that I don't go Days Of Thunder in it. Regular cars are so fun and easy to pull doughnuts in and get into high speed 4 wheel drifts around corners. Plus, they know I'll drive the H1 around and basically advertise for them.

It's a 2000 that I think is originally from Cleveland and was traded on a 2003 H1 wagon. It's one of the best H1s that I've driven. Has a much better stereo than stock, interior is very nice, exterior is also very nice. The brush guard is really cool & as you can see there's lots of PIAA lights. I seem to remember it having 30K on it. Out of the 4 or 5 H1s that I've driven this one is without a doubt the nicest driver of the bunch. The top was also perfect. Also has a 12,000lbs winch.
The only thing you'll need to do if you plan on wheeling it is buy some more aggresive tires. The ones that are on it are in very good condition, but more of a road tire.
On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being brand new from the factory, I give it a solid 7.5. And I'm super picky. I actually had brief thoughts about picking it up for another rig.
How'd you hear about it & where are you buying it from? If you need a contact at the dealership let me know.

I'm a picky person when it comes to paint-did it look good? Who would you recommend at the dealer? Can you recommend anything I should be looking at (engine,trans,diffs,etc.)........I know alot of questions.

Ask for Myron Broussard or Jeff Jennerjohn.
Myron was my salesman and Jeff is the GSM. Both are exceptional people.
I don't remember there being any blemishes on the outside and the interior was really nice.
Like I said, I thought it was so nice that I thought about buying it for a brief second.
