windshield "a" pillar pn# 's ?
does anyone know the gm part #'s for the black plastic "a" pillar molding (l+r) on the outside of the windshield that the roof rails attach to . mine are warped and want to replace them when I replace the cracked roof rails .

I dont know the part # but the dealer replaced mine when they replaced the cracked roof rails.

I recently had mine replaced as well. Just outta curousity- what causes them to warp? The dealer said mine were warped the worst he'd seen yet.

I have the #'s on the work order that's in my H3. I'll bring it in later toniht when I get home from work. I'm too lazy to go to the car right now plus it's cold.

There are new parts so there will be new #'s.
On my work order dated 8/16/06 they listed the following part#'s
15286618 Rail 17.070
15905533 Rail 17.070
15827917 Molding 16.041
15827918 Molding 16.041
All replaced under warranty,I remember them saying the molding didnt line up well so it was also replaced.

Okie dokie. Here's what I got for part #'s from my invoice:
15905533 Rail
15905532 Rail
15909802 Molding
15827918 Molding
Hope that helps.
I also had to have the roof rails replaced and the part # for those is B2943
Not sure why the person above me and I have some different #'s but there ya go
