Re: New H3T Owner #2
Can't see these pictures at work but i currently have a Dark Gray H3T on order with the adventure package and i was told they come standard with black wheels(rims). I didn't want anything chrome, even got the body colored front instead of chrome. Is anyone aware of the black rims coming standard on the H3T with adventure package. Haven't been able to find any pictures with the black wheels standard!

Re: New H3T Owner #2
Nice ride!! I also have a graphite metallic with the adventure package on order. They come standard with the steel wheels painted black. I haven't seen them in person as every dealer around here orders them with the aluminum rims. The aluminum rims that were standard in the past are a $550 option now.

Re: New H3T Owner #2
Good to hear! "Say no to Chrome!"
Question: how long have you had your's on order? I was told that mine was set to be produced the week of 17 Nov and that it would be in within 2weeks after that. Haven't heard anything from the dealer yet(have an email into him today). Kinda sucks not being able to be given a specific date. Currently got my 2007 H3 on a 1 month extension on the lease. Looking forward to the new H3T so i can hit everyone up for accessory Xmas presents...hahaha.

Re: New H3T Owner #2
I ordered mine on Nov. 12th. They told me last week it was scheduled to be built next week (Dec 8). I probably won't get it until the 2nd week in January because of the holiday's. Be sure to post some pics!

Re: New H3T Owner #2
Nice H3T!! Good to have acouple of truck owners on the board. Did you have a H3 before the H3T? If so you should do a review.

I was referring to the locking front differential.
The H3 adventure package has always come with a locking rear differential. Starting in 2009, the H3 and H3T adventure package come with both a rear and front locking differential. The locking differentials help you get more traction by applying equal force to all four wheels. I will let Hummer explain it.
Quote:
The H3T comes with available front and rear locking differentials for increased off-road capability. When both differentials are locked, all four wheels get the maximum torque, so even if just one wheel has traction, the H3T moves forward while other pickups cannot.

The video Hummer has to demonstrate the lockers is pretty
It just shows the truck going over a hill with a diagram of the lockers engaging and disengaging.

I like it, I just haven't used it a whole lot.
I plan to go out again the coming weekend.

You have to watch the video by igotshotgun or pickuptrucks.com.
The one with them at MOAB.
