Different Photo Request?

So does anyone have photos of their child safety seat installations? Particularly rear facing seats?? Anyone want to comment on difficulties or niceties of installing car seats in the H3?s back seat? Anyone know if GM/Hummer allows the use of the inner LATCH anchors (of the outboard LATCH positions) to secure a seat in the center? Is there still room for passengers on either side of a center mounted child safety seat? Thanks all..

I had a child seat in the middle of the backseat last week. It was my niece, so my knowledge of the seat/attachments is a bit limited (no kids, yet). My niece is 8 months, so the seat was facing rearward. We used the latch system inside the seat crease (steel hooks beside the middle seat belts). While we had her in the back, we had one small adult and one teenager on each side. There seemed to be plenty of room for them with the seat in place. My sister said that the seat seemed to fit alot better and my niece sat more upright than when the same seat was installed in her Envoy...

My kids are grown so my knowledge of car seats is also limited.
There's a large section in the owners manual about child car seats. Most service departments have someone trained in car seats. At least That's what I understood from Jerry Seiner Hummer in Utah.
Your local poloce department or highway patrol will be able to help you too.
From what I got from the presentation I got the H3 has the metal rings and it's recomended using them instead of the seatbelt.
