There have been a number of people asking about wether the H3 was available for these programs and while the Family First web site ad a few others have been unclear today they came out with the actual Dealer Programs that made it official that they are available at the dealers discretion.
Excerpt from Program:

Did they say how much the GMS discount was? Normally it has been 87% of the MSRP.

I just checked the GM Supplier site and where they do say that the H3 is eligible (posted the eligible list last week) the pricing discounts for the H3 are still not listed.
