Im actually doing a mortgage for a client who is purchasing a singlel family backed up a canal from the Harbor--to the tune of 1.6mil...right off of Gulf Shore on Magnolia. Dont know when you dumped your condo but we have seen exponential appreciation in the past three years. Im going to scope out Eglin AFB reserve for wheeling this weekend so if you come in town give me a ring and I imagine we could have some fun.
