I though it might be a sensor but the more I looked at it the more it looked like a little lightbulb. It's in the left A/C vent in the center/top of the dash.
Whatever it is, it needs a bath. And if the truck starts to shudder while cleaning, I'll then know it's the H spot.

I was going to post to this last night saying it was the world's smallest light bulb but I thought that sounded stupid!
