OC, not on the flange but where the 4 tubes go into the collector itself.
Probably not leaky at the o-ring or flange but a bad weld job around collector.
You should never need silicone and the oring is reusable unless you damage it taking it out.
Ask exhaust shop if they have the stethoscope and have them put it up on the rack.
Be real careful taking these on & off too many times as the heads are aluminum.
Make sure to clean old gasket off and be careful not to damage metal surface doing so.
Install bolts at about 11 ft lbs, start up engine to operating temp so gasket is pliable. Now tighten bolts in alternating fashion to 18 ft lbs with engine running.
Also note that some headers will make a small leak noise when you first fire up the engine and last about 15 seconds. This should go away quickly after metal gets hot and expands.
