Check the rubber bushing around the wiring lum in the door jam. thats is one of the location I had water coming in from on mine RTV and its been dry for a year now. I had mine in the shop for over a week trying to find water leaks they remove and re-sealed
marker lights
sunroof
door wiring lume
and the real fun was the windshield had been put in wrong after a replacement from a rock cracking it and the installer reused the old seals and it was leaking.
