Ipedog, thanks for the well thought out and written reply. I was really not trying to make anyone upset, and I was certainly not dissing the vehicle that everyone here loves.
About two years ago, I was in a convertible and a guy in a Ford truck blew a red light, I saw him out of the corner of my eye, and stopped as he whizzed by about one ft. in front of my bumper. He would have killed me for sure. So when I read this post this morning, and it seemed to be taken so lightly, it just set me off.
I can understand your points about trolls, and I am sure you get many here, and they can ruin a board. Do I own a Hummer, no, I do not, but I do like the H3, and this seemed to be a good board to get some good information from so I joined. Who knows I may end up with one someday, I have owned just about everything else already.
I belong to several boards, and clubs, and just enjoy talking about cars and trucks to people and this seemed liked a cool group. I am not a bad guy really you'll see, I'll be around.
