I hope it is just folded and you don't have to assemble it.

It's a 20" and it took a whole 5 mins to assemble.

I think retail on these are like over a grand, right? Anyone here knows more about mountain bikes care to comment on this bike? I mean for $400, is this a good bike?

Looks just like that, 'cept I went ahead and bought the Tire Eliminator kit which you can see a pic of in the Elcova accessories page.

So far the bike is great! It is light, yet solidly built. Spring fork works great on the trails. Shimano components throughout. When done you can fold it easily and load it in the bed unseen.
There's a seller on ebay selling this bike for ~430ish w/ shipping ~50ish . Can't go wrong with the Sam's Club seasonal special.
