Default What is this wiriring for? (under dash driver side)

Since my dealer had to change lights to comply to german laws, I'm not sure what these wires and connectors are for. Are these plugged in, in stock US-H3's?

Three wires seem to be cut - is this stock, or not?
Maybe somebody can help...

Connectors:

The three wires, that are greyish, orange and black/white:

Looks like the trailer control wires for electric brakes. Not sure of the function versus color. I'm sure someone will add.
Not sure about the connectors, sorry.

Trailer Brake Control Wiring Harness
The trailer brake control wiring harness is located
under the instrument panel to the right of the
steering column. The wires are taped to the
harness that goes to the courtesy light under
the instrument panel. The harness will contain
the following wires:
• Red Wire: AUX B+
• Black Wire: Ground
• Light Blue Wire: Brake Signal
• Dark Blue Wire: Trailer Brakes

So, it's not the trailer brake wires (I hooked up a prodigy using the trailer brake wires). I have the same wires/connectors on mine.

I found this...

"...locate the orange, blue, green and black with white stripe blunt wires. The wires can be found straight up from where your left foot normally is."

...from http://www.rausite.com/hummerh3.htm half-way down the page regarding the installation of the factory offroad light bar. But, the colors don't seem to match up.

Hopefully, somebody will chime in with the answer.

Thanks for all the answers!

These wires and connectors are obviously not a vital part, I reversed all changes my dealer did to the lighting, and everything is working, as it is supposed to.

The wiring of the rear right stop and tail light WITH the changes, made by the dealer..... :
