Purchased two Sylvania Activision H13 bulbs today and installed on in the passenger side. Pulled it into our shop, and asked everyone's opinion. It was unanimous, there was no difference between the stock and the Activision bulb.
We run it against a flat white wall used to adjust headlamps, so there was no glare.
Glad I purchased the new bulbs in separate containers, at least I can take one back to Auto Zone and get my 17 bucks back.
So much for Sylvania's claim of 20 percent brighter than a stock bulb.
