Default WTF..??? An H2 Snow Plow..??? Nah..No Way...Yes Way.

I was out clearing the snow off the rig in my driveway here in South Joisey... when I saw this 2004 H2 turn into the Church Parking Lot across from my house. I said to my self....Did I just see a snow plow on the front. So I grabbed my camera and snpped a few shots. The guy said he just keeps it in normal 4 wheel drive with out locking it up (Front To Rear).. Says he has no prpoblem. Funny as hell to watch him out plow the 4WD Ford Pick up that was with him.

When you get to the link...select slide show and mouse down to the center to controll change rate and speed.

Pretty cool. Hes got the salter too. Wonder if the front end is strong enough to handle heavy duty plowing. There was a guy on here, and I think from Jersey, who had a light duty plow hooked up to his front trailer hitch which worked great for plowing out his drive way. There is a Youtube link of that somewhere. It was a kit of some sort, pretty neat.

Pretty Cool...Thanks.... My 2009 has a 9000 LB whinch Capacity...so I would think that hummer on you tube would be the same and would be ok with the plow.

Nevr new they made a Class III receiver plug in snow plow attachment . Wonder what that cost's...?? I'd either buy a Big Ass Snow blower or Hire some one if I lived wher he lived.

Neat pictures! We had a little snow in the Ozarks too and they are forecasting a big snow for the 24th. I had an F250 with a plow and I learned that nothing tears up a vehicle more than plowing. IMHO it's horrible on the front end and even worse on the entire drivetrain than towing.

That's my Plow on YouTube. It's a Snowbear Flexblade. Great for personal use and messing around but that Meyer would be better for Prof. use.
Here's the Link: I can't use mine anymore because I installed a winch bumper.

Very Cool NJ H2... I like that set up....Your Rig Looks cool with that plow .....but I guess a Winch is more important for off road then a Snow Plow.

So what are you going do with the plow?

X2.... Coming from Alberta, Canada and then Buffalo, NY, I've seen my share of snowplows.

There is nothing tougher on diffs and trans with a snowplow.

Still fun though....

I'm not sure yet. I may hook it up to the rear and plow my Driveway backwards
or I might just sell it.
This plow is very light, from memory 290lbs so it wont reak as much havok on the front end as those 1000lb suckers

Yeah That Is Light... I'd hold on to it... It's paid for. Just lub it up and store it. You never know when we'll get the end of days snow storm..
