I have a Roady 2, which is great inside the house, but sounds really crappy in the car. (The sound is just plain FLAT going through the "unused FM station" thing...)

I think I have seen that there is NOT a GM satellite radio kit for the 03 model... right?

As an obvious and self-proclaimed techno-moron, what are my other options for a good (and easily installed -- no, not me doing it, thankfully! ) satellite radio?

I have just about given up with the poor radio reception due to the factory antenna and need another option!

Forum member LasVegas installed XM (and nav) in his '03. His recommended parts vendor is discussed here: http://elcova.com/groupee/forums/a/t...101#4441039101

Excuse me a minute while I put away my walker.

I think I was the first on this forum to install the GM XM Kit. I have a homemade set of instructions in PDF format if you are interested.

I would love to see the instructions -- maybe I can find someone qualified to install it here!

With Klaus' instructions, you can do it, no problem.

Here's a link to a thread where I posted scans of the GM XM Kit installation instructions.
