Can I hook my Android phone up to my stereo?
Hey all,
I have a '03 H2 with the Bose stereo system. It is a stock system right now (meaning no nav, just radio / cd setup). I am getting ready to install a subwoofer to the stock system, by use of a PAC C2AGM24 (this looks to be the correct model for my year). The install looks pretty simple, especially in comparison to other installs I have done.
The question is: "Can I some how hook my android phone (Samsung Infuse 4G) into the stereo to get it to play music from it through my stereo and also use my stereo as a speaker phone?"
I do have the OnStar button, though I dont know if it works or if it is activated since I bought the truck 2 weeks ago used.
Any comments?
Thanks!!

Does your '03 have an auxiliary jack? I play my iPhone through that all the time. If it does all you would need is an auxiliary cable.

Re: Can I hook my Android phone up to my stereo?
It's just a hole like you'd stick a headphone cable into. It will play the music but it won't allow calls to run through the stereo.

I assume that this is an easy jack to find?
ie: on the front of the headunit?
if so, i dont have one
So, I am wondering if there is any other ways?

Re: Can I hook my Android phone up to my stereo?
Anyone?
I dont have a headphone type jack on my stereo. I have H3 with a stock stereo, I just want to know how I can connect it to play music or maybe even have my phone through the stereo?
I do also have OnStar if that makes a difference.

there is an extra input module you can get to do it... try calling crutchfield. They'll get you going in the right direction.
