Has anybody noticed a little more wind noise after they have installed marker lights.

You should expect some more wind noise. It's
something else to cause air turbulence.
However, look at how yours are installed, if there is a large gap between your light package and the body, then they did a crappy install, and I would take it back and tell them to fix it.

Don't know for sure, but it probably is the same. Why do you want an aftermarket radio? I see so many problems caused from aftermarket radios, and I think the stock ones today do a damn good job.
