Default Those funny retired people

WHAT RETIRED PEOPLE DO

Working people frequently ask what retired do to make life interesting.
Well, for example, the other day I went down town and went into a shop.
I didn't stay long--maybe five minutes. When I came out a cop was
writing a parking ticket.

I went up to him and said, "C'mon, man, how about giving a retired
person a break?"

He ignored me. So, I called him a Nazi. He glared at me and began
writing another ticket for worn tires.

I called him a lousy donut-eating Gestapo. He finished the second
ticket and added it to the first one already on the windshield. Then he
started writing a third ticket. The more verbal abuse I heaped on him,
the more tickets he wrote. This went on for about 20 minutes.

Personally, I don't care. I came down town on the bus and the car he was
putting the ticket on had a bumper sticker that said "Hillary in '08."

I try to have a little fun each day. It's important to my health.

You've got to love how people all over the world no longer accept responsibility for their actions thanks to the outspoken ACLU and others.

From the link provided by GLBLWRMR:
Quote:
But Ligia Herrera Mendez, the mother of the dead assailant, claimed the tourists took the law into their own hands.

?We want justice, this can?t go unpunished, because they could have saved him,? she said in an interview in Limon.

She also acknowledged past problems. ?I know my boy wasn?t staying out of trouble, I knew that any moment I would get bad news.?
"Because they could have saved him". Give me a f'cking break.
Quote:
Afterward, the tourists drove Segura to a hospital, where he was declared dead.
They should have left him on the beach.

Yeah I think they were being overly nice driving the kid to the hospital. They should have opened the van door and just gave a little push. Gravity would have done the rest.
