I took off the grill, front bumper, rear bumper, and hooks. They all got LineX'd this morning and bolted back on this afternoon. It is a really easy job and I like the new "NO BLING" look! They LineX'd over the H U M M E R letters and think I made the right choice.
The Grill is only held on by 4 10mm nuts and a bunch of clips. (2 nuts under the hood and 2 nuts behind the "U" and the "E" on the grill) then just a firm tug and it pops right off!

Generally I like some bling, but this rig looks right with all that black on slate blue.

Nice now get the wheels powder coated black and you will finish off the look (and clen the wheels less often).

Thanks for the positive comments! The LineX guy is concerned that the tire change machine will tear it off if I have the wheels done. Here is the rear pic.

Looks sharp!! I like the way the letters stand out.
I'll have to make sure to add the letters before I do mine.

Thanks for the info!
I was going to take HUMMER off of the front grill, now I think I'll leave them on!
