Since last week i have been noticing that my power steering has been making a weird noise every once in a while. only when i turn do i hear it, i can also feel the steering wheel vibrate. i dont think the tires are rubbing, nor does it do this on the highway. any one have any suggestions or have the same problem???

Check the power steering oil level. This could resolve the case.
