Default Purchasing an H3 today. Looking for advice and thoughts on first mods?

This afternoon I will pick up a 2006 H3

Right off the bat we need to get Headrest DVD's for the kids. Don't worry I won't be that guy driving around with the DVDs on with no one in the back seat. My ? is should I get the DVD from the dealer or go aftermarket. Any experiences?

I also want to get new tires put on it. I am thinking 35s. Any problem with rubbing, noise, etc..? Recommendations?

Any other thoughts are more than welcome

thx

buy it with the headrest already in, and as far as tires.. they will fit but take a look around at some other threads, it is a popular topic.
Good luck with you buying one, and let us know what ya got.

Now you tell me, Thanks RYD! j/k

Ryd is right! if you decide to do what I did and have a street look, you will be cleaning your rims alot. But if its a off-road look you want and you will go off roading I am sure of it. Look in other threads, you can learn so much in these forums. Everyone here will help you out.

I have them in my front driving lights and rear reverse lights. They are seperate lights and you need to drill the holes for them.

I use them out front of the skate park when we have a special event going on. However, I travel alot and have used them on several occasions when I was the first person at a scene of severe accidents.
Note* you can not use these while driving. And they make good strobe lights for dancing at the beach.

All right! I went to get my 06 H3 last night and walked out with an 07 H3 this evening, CRAZY!

Stats:

Black, No Bling (except for front grill, couldn't part with it) Luxury Package, Adventure Package, Dual DVDs, Stock Wheels on 33s.

I'll have pics tomorrow a lil too dark in VA tonight for them to come out.

Thanks for all the advice and welcoming a noob!!!!!
