I SOLD OUT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
well a dream is coming true for Nav and I , we are getting the heck out of over populated , $hit traffic , etc. etc. southern california .
We are moving to MOAB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i still cant believe it  we just picked up two parcels for a total of 1.2 acres with Pack Creek running thru it  400 feet of creek , OH YEA and only a mile and a half from lions back one parcel is a 1/2 acre and has this 3br 2 bath modular on it . the .72 of an acre parcel is where we will build while staying in the modular then it will be a rental .
we are hoping to move by Oct. 1st .

I know right where this mod unit is, I've passed by it several times!
congrats on the move. I'm sure you will love living in Moab!
keep us posted on the move. I will prob be in Moab this fall. if so we will have to hook-up and go wheeling.  |

Outstanding photos, f5fstop! National Geographic quality -- all of them! I used to take great photos with my old Minolta SLR .. manual focus, fstops, speed setting, tripod, etc. But, wow, your photos sure have me beat. Excellent!

Thanks folks for the help. Steve looked at my Vette yesterday and seems to think that I only need the pulley part that got sheered off. The 3 bolts are still in there. I'll take it by my Vette tech within the next week or two and see if he can fix it by just finding a pulley or is there more damage that I don't know about. It doesn't look like it. Anyhow, thanks again!

Hey Tim! Been packing man, been packing! I just hope I don't need anything else to wear, cuz most of my clothes I wrapped dishes up in and put in two big hard cased suitcases. That worked out great.
So when are you and your lovely Kiera coming to visit? How far will we be from you guys when we got to Moab? We'll have to find some time to come over to CO and you can show us around your trails.  |

SWEET! you guys are 5.6 hours from Denver..once you move. I still plan on going to Moab this weekend. .. hope to see you two soon. |
