9foot hammerhead and a 2 foot wide jelli. Not things us surfers really dig to much. They bite my body

Re: Alphas first time on OBX
North of Corolla there are no roads to 100's of multi million dollar mansions out on the sand. 4x4 access only. There are alos wild horses and tons of wildlife
His nose was inside the truck at on point!!! lol

Ok. last one. A little better shot of the Hammerhead. Someone had already cut his jaws out or they would have been mine. Hope you like the pics!

Outstanding! Those look like they were taken by a professional photographer. I love the sunset one.

Re: Alphas first time on OBX
Sweet. Email me when you're gonna be down, and we might already be at the beach. It's funny that you just don't see hardly any hums on the banks. Lots of the trucks kinda smerk at us when they see us in the Red Drum getting bait. That is until we go cruisen down the beach.
I can't tell you how many trucks I've pulled out of soft sand. It's crazy if you have to call a tow truck. $360 just to get pulled out of a soft spot. Speaking of which, I almost sh*t a brick in july. The shift pin in my T case snapped for some unexplained reason, and we were stuck with 1 wheel drive. Luckily we were able to limp off the beach, but the pucker factor SUCKED!
We plan on heading down on Christmas again so we'll post some more pics if they're good.
Wish me luck on catching some bigguns! Fish, not traffic fines.

Re: Alphas first time on OBX
Hey we're planning a fishing and surf trip late may early June if anyone wants to link up near Buxton. Keep in mind the Dumba$$ NPS now charges $50 for a week ORV permit or $120 for the year.
