should I keep my rear h2 seat?

I havent used my rear seat in ages and it is time to clear out the garage. I have a subwoofer in the back with a bunch of my other crap and not sure if I will regret dumping it. I dont plan on selling the h2 either.

So my question is should I dump it and has anyone got rid of their rear seat and regretted it later? How much are they worth? When it was sitting in my garage a few mice had their way with it and ate of some of the leather.


Edit: I see them going on ebay from $400 to $700....
