It was in the single digits at night. Friday was brutal with the wind. Everyone ate lunch in their trucks.

Not sure, but I think I took my truck. I see me in a lot of pics without the truck. Ken and big bruzer did well. Lift definitely helps on the rocks.

H3's were impressive. None were really setup for doing this. 2 did not have rock rails! Only one had good tires but no locker.

Mine took a beating. Blew the ring gear in the front diff. Still wheeled for a day and a half with rear wheels only. Then drove 130 miles back home and 40 miles to the dealer today.

Watch out Tellico. You're next!

Nice pics. Looks like you all had fun, sorry I missed it. I was up the weekend before. Would have liked to see the H3 in action. I know the guys working at the park have said good things about them. I heard rumors Hummer was using the park for testing recently and Paragon may even be trying to get an H3 as a support vehicle.

Did you guys do Hummer Hill? One of the pictures mentions it but it looks like Turtle

Even though my H3 was completly stock, I didn't have any issues. Sure the OEM tires suck and not having a rear locker put me at a disadvantage. I think that just goes to show what type of vehicles Hummers really are. Even stock they are perfectly capable offroad. I think I did OK, I was able to keep up. Thanks for the great time... HIhummer, John, Ken, Dan, Frank, Ro...everyone. I'm definitely hooked. Give me a heads up when you come back. Tellico may be alittle out of reach for me right now, but it would be nice. great Pics

Joe, we were heading up Hummer Hill, just after the left hand turn when pops ran out of steam. We had to turn around. Winching would have taken too long.

We did Turtle both ways the first day.

The H3's really need a locker and good tires. The factory tires stunk the joint up.

An H3 support vehicle would be nice. They'd have more room for stowing equipment.

wow. turning around on hummer hill must have been fun. Curious how the hill was, its been a while since I've run it. It was getting pretty dicey at the top end with ruts and exposed rocks.

locker would be nice. I feel that pain every trip out

I would say it was like running on back wheels only! Found out today I broke the front diff gears. Probably when I crashed through the ice!

Yep, turning around on HH was a bit strange. I was hanging onto the passenger glovebox grab bar while making the sweep.

We should run Whompum again sometime...

I seem to be missing a camera. If anyone happened to find a Sony laying around it's mine.

That's not funny. Did you call the hotel? I seem to remember them being on your desk.

FWIW, we left a SureShot on a rock while in Moab.

Hey, I found a brand new grill. If it'll make you feel better, I can send it to you.
