I really can't tell you how easy or hard they are to remove/replace. My dealership did mine and I qizzed them as to removing/replacing all the pieces. They said it wasn't that complicated and were comfortable with doing it.
I did see one with all of the dash pieces out, and it was a scary sight, so I don't know if I'd recommend it as a DIY job.
I do know that when I got it back the grab bar was loose and the body shop guy just shoved it into place w/ a loud snap. Saying that it just snaps in.
I'm prepared to go back to original, If it starts scratching off or looking ratty, but I have not checked into part #'s or prices. If anyone has I'd love some info.
