I've got some pictures somewhere of the trails around here last year - OMG. If there was a movie filmed in that incredible floral setting, no one would have believed it was real!
Rocks, if you wanna do a great desert run, and have the time and desire, I would happily guide you and any friends that might want to come along from the Colorado River at Laughlin Nevada to Barstow California on an incredible and historic old stagecoach route. It's a three day trip - and desert like you've never seen it! PM me if you're interested.

The Hummer Club is having an event that includes Woodpecker trail. They're also going to have the HOPE offroad certification during their event.
