just my 2 cents
ordered the rack and LADDER WEEKS ago. The rack has shown up but ladder is no were to be seen and no comunication from there end. For 1800$ i want my hand held all the way through. i didn't even have a tracking number for the shipment ??? @#$* &^%$(*^. think about the gobi just think twice.  |

Ladders just got completed and are shipping this week. Did you order dirrect on the rack? Or through your dealer or someone else? Send me a PM with your contact info so I can look into this and call you on Wed.

Let be the first to show my back side my ladder showed up and an email
"We are located in South FL and were slammed by Hurricane Wilma. Until this morning, we have been without power (9 days)"
the ladder was not 9 days late thanks Guys
