Here's some pics of my rig with all the pieces put back on.
The grill was scuffed up with 150 grit sandpaper and shot black with a satin finish.
I finally took off my dented skidplate and pounded it out, ground off all of the jagged edges and smoothed out the surface. I primed it and the rattled canned it with an matte black industrial enamel.
Sometime in Jan. I'll put the hidden winch(12,000lbs) bumper on and post some pics of it.

This is my second set of black wheels. My other set got pretty chewed up. I haven't sandblasted and painted the second set of caps yet.

We're building the bumper to accomodate a Mile Marker 12,000lbs winch because that's what GM wanted. I'll see if my Warn 9500Ti will fit on Monday. It's really cool.

Drtyfn,
can't wait to see the winch!!!! The black theme looks rugged!!! What happened to your 37's?? Are you picking up front locker? What about your underbody protection???

I am trying to get a group together to ride the Rubicon on 05'

R2

Front Locker, Stealth winch, 37" Super Swampers SSR,low center of gravity = Ultimate H2

Drtyfn: Two thumbs up!! I like that look. Very tough and intimidating.

I even like Phil's! The lack of the chrome grill just gives it much more machismo.

I will be joining you guys soon.

I just replaced my rear hatch handle with black tonight and got the chrome rear door handles removed and switched. I will do the front door tomorrow if I get time.

I wish I would have thought about it when I bought it. The did not have a black adventure on the lot with a sunroof, so I went Lux....still glad I have the sunroof though. I use it a lot more than I will ever use the air suspension...
