Default Rattle fix

I am sure some of you guys have the common door panel and other rattles. What have you done to try and fix them? I did a search and found some different ideas but would like to get them in one thread. Thanks and please don't tell me to turn up the radio.

Cool Re: Rattle fix

i think i might try using this stuff inside the doors to see if it will expand enough to stop the rattling...

I use the spray armor all on all the places were the plastic pieces meet on the doors and inside panels. This lasts about 3-4 months before it needs to be done again. It takes away almost all the squeaks and creeks from the inside.

DYNAMAT as much as you can!!!!!! That will completely eliminate the "rattle" if done right.

ok... with BSR issues... first you need to see if its the panel against the door, or something inside the panel making the noise either to the panel or to the door... then you just nee to isolate it.... one good way is to use felt tape, foam tape or something like that.... if its a clip issue, which it could be, sometimes putting a tape called Ultra High Molecular Weight( (UHMW) tape over the hole and then putting the clips back in works well.... and no, UHMW tape isn't scotch tape, its actually a very very nice thing to use to make surfaces slick....
