Default Dealers tryin to pull some bs on me need some help

My recirculate hasn't worked since I owned my H2

I have an aftermarket warranty for my 03 H2

I took it in and they changed the control head and the accuator for the flap that switches from outside air to inside air and that and $1,500 labor made the end price $2,400
Of course warranty paid, however it didn't work so I took it back a few days later, their response then was that the H2's system didn't blow any harder with the recirculate on then off

The technician looked at the vent flap to see if it was working, he spent a good 10 minutes playing with it and the recirc button only to come up acting as if everything was good to go.

Today I went to take another look at it and the door he showed me does not close nor open like it is suppose to and is stuck on recirc now

Does everyone elses hvac blow harder with the recirc on?
Can someone tell me what I should do?

If anyone wants to they could send me a video of their vent opening and closing at the push of a button and the difference in sound from bei9ng on and off, if you love me (send me a pm and I'll give you my cell so you can send it to it)

Ive seen a few hvac problems like this one where there are loose pin grips in the inline connectors at the right side ip junction block. Its located under the right side trim panel that faces the passenger door.

I'm not seeing this junction block that has the purple...

I took the panel that is on the passenger side of the dashboard that the hvac for the door passes through, that is the same place as the fuses are located on the drivers side

I see 5 plugs

Nvm I figured out what you were saying you were pointing to a specific plug..

I took it out and played around a little, mainly with purple... didn't make any difference

Next thing i would do would be to ask the dealer or check your work order and make sure they programmed the hvac control module and also did a actuator recalibration procedure. If these 2 steps are not done it wont recognize the new actuator position.

Actually cosh, this isn't a "humer" forum and something cannot "brake" down, that is unless your talking about while driving downhill and braking.
