Is the Hummer line going to be extinct?

Does anyone know if Hummer will be selling trucks in the near future?



I read speculation in regards to GM trimming back and dissolving the models that aren't selling well ("thirsty" vehicles like the Hummers).



Just want to see what people have heard.



What would happen if the Hummer owners if dealerships closed down?
