well i just got my roof rack installed and am pretty happy with the ease and integration that thule has designed for the h3. it went on in less than an hour and most of that was just getting the mounting bases lined up on the factory roof rails and getting the crossbars on the towers. that part was probably the most difficult. once installed i sawed off excess load bar that stuck out on the side. had to buy 58 inch load bars to fit the roof but there was more than i liked sticking out the side. the fairing came a few days later as there was more wind noise than i cared for. getting the bikes up there isnt too bad...im 6 feet tall and didnt have any problems but any higher and it would be difficult. here are a few pics
