Anyone of you noticed a completely insane creaking noise in the rear spring leafs??
I had it for almost 1 month, then change the bushings by a poliurethane ones but the noise continues...

Re: REAR SUSPENSION NOISE
Which bushings did you change out? Could it be the rear sway bar bushings?

Re: REAR SUSPENSION NOISE
Might want to crawl under and check for broke leaf right at the bushing site. My right rear broke there last summer. Right were it curls around on bushing. It was broke for awhile(alot of rust on break) and it finally flew off was the only way I knew. Dealer overnighted one in and I had it back the next day.

Re: REAR SUSPENSION NOISE
It has oem bushings. The creacking noise comes from inside the bushings but more from the front ones. I removed the spring leafs but not noticed anything wrong

Re: REAR SUSPENSION NOISE
Have only 7500 miles on my H3 and the creaking noise is insane and unbearable.
I think is for a deformation of the bushing sites on the spring leafs, cause when I move the truck up and down, they moves laterally. Note the bushing sites are open not completely welded.

X Racer, I have 4800 miles and and an insane squeak/creak as well. Were your successful in quieting the springs?

Re: REAR SUSPENSION NOISE
when i fitted the rear shock protection skids"the ones that bolt under the u bolts"i noticed the lower shock mounts touch the skid slightly.do you think this would make noises since the shock mount will rub when the suspension moves.i have some noises since i fitted those so may be i will remove and add a couple washers to get some clearence.

Re: REAR SUSPENSION NOISE
Finally solved it.
First changed nylon pads between leafs by polyurethane ones.
Then opened the bracket that holds the leafs (because there were no clearence and the metal to metal caused noises)
Once a week apply wd40 to those brackets
