Default Firestone Destination M/T

Our local Firestone dealer is having a Memorial Weekend tire sale and I got a quote yesterday on these in a 315/70R17 size at $179 each installed and balanced during the sale. Seems like a good deal!! All I can find out about them is this thread at the tirerack. Anyone have any experience with these tires on their H2?

The price is right but there is no sipping so i cannt see the them being all that great of a tire - i have never been impressed with firestone/bridgestone tires. I would look at the Cooper STT before you put them on. jmo

Reviving and old thread....

I was looking to see if anyone was using these on an H2. I had them on my Avalanche and loved them. They were noisy but tougher than a nickle steak. They were awesome on ice, rain, mud, and anything else i go get on. They also have the new long carbon compound so they should last a long time. They must be rotated often.
