MT/R's are the sh!t on overall ability. They take alot to balance correctly, but they are a great design.

Never had a problem with mine being balanced. I like the look, off-road they seem on par with the ATs, and they handle very well on the street (on dry and wet at least, never tested them on snow/ice). They wear exceptionally well - I have 15,000 miles on mine and they're hardly worn.

I am on my second set. The first set only lasted 25,000 miles, but the second set already has 20,000 miles on them and I still have a lot of tread left. Never had any problems with them being balanced. I like the look and the ride quality. As they wear down the ride quality lessens and they get a little noiser.
