Talking FJ Stuck in Los Angeles

Gotta love it!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I do hope no serious injuries or property damage occurred, but still....

Sept. 22, 2007: Los Angeles firefighters shovel mud and debris from around a car so it can be towed out after a cloudburst dumped a heavy load of rain on a burn area of the Hollywood Hills, causing a mudslide on Forest Lawn Drive in the Toluca Lake area of Los Angeles.

That is so close to my location. No way anyone should have gotten stuck there.

I thought FJ's were the bad ass off road rigs and it gets stuck going to the mall! Dam I would get my money back after that and buy a Hummer.

My bad. I just saw a report of this on the tube. Originally, I thought the FJ got caught on a dirt road surrounding Toluca Lake. As it turns out, it was on a high speed concrete 4 lane, but the hillside liquified in a heavy downpour and swarmed the road (like a mud avalanche). Then it set up. I don't think anything could have gotten out without a dig and a tow.
Sorry!
