NJ H2 has a little shameless behaviour in the past

I was on hold with Hummer and they mentioned this web site www.MyGMLink.com. Is this BS or is it good for anything?

Pretty much a worthless site!

I signed on a few years ago with the 03 H2....didn't really ever get anything out of it.

I find it amusing to read the service description entered into the service history by the dealer after I have had the truck in for warranty service. Seldom reads anything similar to what was done to the truck or reflected on the actual paperwork.

Jimski,
and why were we calling GM? Checking on that warranty before you supercharge?

Funny....I had the service department print out a history/summary of repairs for me....it's 18 pages long. It is a bit more detailed than the GM Link. The GM Link prints out on 3 pages and includes 2 additional visits. Didn't know that info was on there as I hadn't been back since I first set it up.

Also, funny how things like "BTW, we forgot to tighten the lower "A" arm bolt so when your front wheel is about to fall off, you'll know where to look"....or "BTW, we disconnected some of your off-road lights at the battery post so when they don't work, it won't take you an hour to trace the problem" are not listed!

Let's see, that's at least 18 trips in for repairs, and does not include oil changes, done by myself. I vagely rememmber my 97 4Runner...2 trip in in 5 years, 1 for a recall, 1 for replacing the ice damaged power antenna....ahh! What a diff!

Still love the HUMMER though me thinks me must be nuts! :-)

I wanted to get more info on that Washer fluid heater on the Pacific Blue special edition H2. They told me the engine heats the W fluid so I figured it would be a big retrofit.
I ended up buying the HotSHot.
