Yes its Phils...from reading the listing apparently the dirt bag who originally bought it didnt pay...

KenP, no its not saying that Phil didnt pay for it, Phil is listing it AGAIN, because the person who won the last auction on the car didnt pay for it, thats why its being relisted.
